Tabular Mechanical Cooler

It is mainly composed by smoke & gas inlet, heat exchange fin unit, smoke & gas outlet, dust bucket and cooling blower. The heat exchange fin unit contains several heat exchange fins. Main Features: 1. High heat transfer coefficient: the wall of heat exchange fin is made by thin plate within 3mm. It has large contact area with external cooling air, easy for heat radiation. 2. Small occupation of land: the required land for tabular mechanical cooler is about 20% less than that of other Tabular cooler under the same operation condition. 3. Slim dust accumulation, little maintenance: in operation, the heat exchange fin is always in vibrating status that it is not easy for dust in the passed smoke & gas to stay on the fin. The application resistance of the equipment is lower than that of other coolers. The load of maintenance is small.
